Well 2 things -

1. I haven’t made a post for over 30 days - there is no good reason for that and I am not going to continue to make that mistake…How would I continue to miss this fun - Writing whatever I want, whenever I want…

2. Misbelief that it takes over 30 days to close an escrow…. Not TRUE - Depending upon your loan, Foreclosure, Short Sale, Etc. we can look at the details and get you moving in 30 days or less… Call me today…
